 Changes to the current maildrop port to allows interaction with qmail and
 vpopmail, and, also to move the default mailfilter out of /etc to
 /opt/local/etc. The maintainer has indicated he does not mind me changing
 it, he may or may not want to continue to be the maintainer. If he does
 not, I would be happy to.
