 nslint 2.1a3 cannot be fetched:

 It looks like a newer version of nslint has been released, and the old
 distfile has been moved into the "old" subdirectory on the FTP server. I
 filed ticket #14052 to request that the port be updated. And in this
 ticket, I'll fix the port so that older versions can still be fetched.
