 Here's the patch. It does these things:

  * Update to 2.1a8
  * Remove `--mandir` configure argument since the software already knows
 where to put the manpage
  * No longer copy `config.guess` and `config.sub` from
 `/usr/share/libtool` since the software already has new-enough versions.
 This also fixes the build when using Xcode 2.5, which no longer provides
 `/usr/share/libtool`.
