 Currently the boost libraries don't build with the +universal variant.  To
 fix this I had to patch both the boost-jam Portfile as well as the boost
 Portfile.  Patch files for both are attached.

 Please note that this is only tested under OSX 10.5.  I believe 10.4 might
 need the additional flag added to the <compileflags> and <linkflags> in
 the patch:

 {{{    -isysroot /Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.4u.sdk}}}

 I do not have access to 10.4 to test this theory though.
