 Heard back from the upstream developers, it turns out that g95 is not a
 supported compiler on the Mac OS X platform as the appropriate linking
 flags have not been implemented. So until these have been implemented I'm
 going to remove the g95 variant and make numpy/scipy depend only upon
 gcc42. Should be committed shortly.
