 contains a Portfile that updates the parrot release in macports from 0.4.0
 to 0.5.2 (covering 2 years of what are now monthly releases).

 I tested the portfile locally (as described in the Guide), generates a
 runnable parrot executable. Going forward, hopefully we can track the
 monthly parrot releases with soon-to-follow port updates.

 This is my first port (and it's only an update at that); Feedback welcome.
