 Just like php5 supports (or will support, see #14001) Apple Apache with a
 variant `+apache_apple`, the port should support using Apple MySQL (on Mac
 OS X Server) with a variant `+mysql_apple`.

 This was initially requested via personal email to Jyrki Wahlstedt and me
 from Mikel King.
