 Thanks! I committed it in r33613 with these changes:

  * removed "`revision 1`" since the a given port version should start at
 revision 0
  * removed "`distfiles dotconf-1.0.13.tar.gz`" since that's the default
 already
  * changed "`master_sites`" to reuse the `${homepage}` and avoid repeating
 the version number
  * changed the livecheck so it'll tell you which new version is available,
 not just that a new version might be available
