 I think the post-configure phase of cyrus-sasl2 can be removed, because I
 don't think it does anything anymore. Using the patch from #15514 I see:

 --->  Installing cyrus-sasl2 @2.1.21_0+kerberos
 --->  Activating cyrus-sasl2 @2.1.21_0+kerberos
 --->  Cleaning cyrus-sasl2

 I get the same output on Mac OS X 10.3.9 PowerPC with Xcode 1.5 and Mac OS
 X 10.4.11 Intel with Xcode 2.5. MacPorts trunk is running on both.
