 This was reported several times for boost and it is most likely the
 [wiki:LeopardProblems#environmentvariablesbecomeblankbetweenconfigureandbuildphases
 Tcl env bug on Leopard].

 Just try this workaround:
 {{{
 sudo port clean boost
 sudo port install inkscape
 }}}
