 Please find attached a diff to bring redland-bindings portfile to version
 1.0.8.1.

 This version solves some problems when compiling Redland bindings for
 Python (related to http://trac.macports.org/ticket/13838). Requires latest
 versions of redland 1.0.8 (http://trac.macports.org/ticket/15918) which
 depends on rasqal 0.9.16 (http://trac.macports.org/ticket/15917).

 Please note that 1.0.8.1 only builds with Python 2.4 or higher which is
 why the patch also changes dependency from python23 to python25.
