  * resolution:  => fixed

Comment:

 r36649 did fix the problem on 2008-05-09 by updating from sendfile 2.1a to
 sendfile 2.1b.

 Then on 2008-06-16 the developers released a new version of sendfile 2.1b
 which has several changes.

 Updated to this version in r38162.
