 If you need a quick fix

 You can use the hackageDB Cabal file to install them.
 First OpenGL : http://hackage.haskell.org/cgi-bin/hackage-
 scripts/package/OpenGL
 Then GLUT : http://hackage.haskell.org/cgi-bin/hackage-
 scripts/package/GLUT

 On a x86 with 10.5.4 no problem so far.
