 I'm running 1.6 at work. Because I'm using a custom tcl install, I
 apparently cannot install the trunk version of macports until I install
 the threads version of tcl. I still cannot install file. It's the strange
 partial file issue that is the problem. I have run clean on the port and
 tried again to no avail.
