 The site uses javascript to resize the layout after loading. So I assume
 you have javascript disabled.

 There was an user ''nemo'' on IRC

 who wanted to submit a patch to wms which would do this in CSS instead of
 javascript. I don't know if the patch arrived. There is a
 [http://m8y.org/tmp/SyncingWithSVN.html sample].
