Comment:

 Blair Zajac reported a similar problem to me fetching iso-codes 3.1 from
 the FTP site. So I added the MacPorts distfiles mirror to the port in
 r38372. This can be removed once MacPorts 1.7.0 is released since it will
 then check our distfiles mirror automatically.
