Comment:

 Its a known issue, but we are already working on a new layout to go along
 with Trac 0.11's new template system, so I never went back and fixed the
 JS dependency for our 0.10 templates. I'll hold onto this ticket till the
 new layout is released to confirm the JS problems are resolved.
