 Ok, so I have edited
 {{{
 /Library/Tcl/macports1.0/macports_autoconf.tcl
 }}}
 to change svn_path to the following
 {{{
 variable svn_path "/opt/local/bin/svn"
 }}}

 That works... It would be nice to get this generally fixed for the next
 release, though.
