 If I add "`use_parallel_build yes`" to the pdftk portfile it doesn't build
 anymore. So I suggest adding "`use_parallel_build no`" to the portfile to
 make it clear that this will not work. I should also inform the developers
 of pdftk of the problem so they can correct it.
