 Sorry, but i don't have time to update it. if someone could or want to be
 maintainer ...

 here a quick beginning for the update, bump release and update checksum.
 if someone could finish it, i don't have a full working macports install
 to build and test it.

 please note macports could keep mod_security 1.x (latest 1.9.x) as
 mod_security1 for apache1, and 2.5 as mod_security2 for apache2.
