 I notice on the line when its linking Glob.bundle:
 {{{
 env MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET=10.3 cc  -L/opt/local/lib -bundle -undefined
 dynamic_lookup -L/usr/local/lib bsd_glob.o Glob.o  -o
 ../../../lib/auto/File/Glob/Glob.bundle
 }}}

 It has {{{-L/usr/local/lib}}} in it; when building here, mine does not
 specifically list that.  What do you have in /usr/local/lib?
