 The people of vim-mac at vim.org explained me that Vim.app is not really
 maintained at all. They suggest to use MacVim or vim-cocoa instead (I
 prefer MacVim), and both don't have the keyboard layout bug.

 Anyway, this is an upstream problem, and you can close this bug report
 IMHO. Sorry for the noise :)
