 The file for freetds has changed from version 0.63 to 0.82. The macports
 no longer can install php with +mssql option because of dependency on this
 file. I have Patched the portfile as the documents state but it asks me
 for a makefile.in which i don't need to update. It is just the version
 number and the corresponing checksum for the file that need updating.

 Just for my knowledge if i create a portfile patch and patched it in the
 correct directory what else should i have done?
