 = Context =
 Under Mac OS X Leopard 10.5.3, I tried to do a standard install of the
 {{{authforce}}} port. Works until a compile time error about readline.

 = Correction =
 Should add a deps in the package Portfile for the {{{readline}}} library.

 Maybe the attached patch file should be sufficient.
