 I attempted sudo port install bzr-gtk and it attempted a command that
 looked like (with the prior line shown and the following error text):

 creating build/temp.macosx-10.3-i386-2.5
 -DNDEBUG -g -fwrapv -O3 -Wall -Wstrict-prototypes -I/opt/local/include/
 -I/opt/local/include/python2.5 -c bz2module.c
 -o build/temp.macosx-10.3-i386-2.5/bz2module.o
