 After failure, edit
 /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_textproc_openjade/work/openjade-1.3.2/libtool
 as libtools does not exist adding the line

  CXX="/usr/bin/g++-4.0"

 Then

 sudo port -v install openjade

 Openjade will build and install, but it will be reported that:

 Warning: violation by /opt/local/man
 Warning: openjade violates the layout of the ports-filesystems!
 Warning: Please fix or indicate this misbehavior (if it is intended), it
 will be an error in future releases!
