Managed to build and install id3v2.

Now, strangely enough, I copied this into the terminal :

"/opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_audio_id3v2/work/id3v2-0.1.11"
&& make all

It compiled. I then ran 'port install id3v2' again, and it skipped the
make section and continued to install id3v2 with no further hiccups.
