Changes (by ryandesign at macports.org):

  * summary:  versions of port obby dont match up in the tree => obby,
              gobby and sobby need to be updated

Comment:

 Perhaps you manually updated the sobby port to 0.4.4 (perhaps in the
 course of filing #15602)? The version of sobby in MacPorts is 0.4.1.

 It looks like all four related utilities -- obby, gobby, sobby and net6 --
 should be updated. Here are the current versions:

 http://gobby.0x539.de/trac/wiki/Download

 The homepage listed in the obby, sobby and net6 ports also should be
 changed. (The one listed does not load.)
