 Yes.  Sorry for the confusion.  I get the same output running python2.5
 directly.  "python" is a simlink to the ports version:



 $ which python

 /usr/bin/python

 $ ls -al /usr/bin/python

 lrwxr-xr-x   1 root  wheel  24 Jun 21 11:24 /usr/bin/python@ ->
 /opt/local/bin/python2.5

 $ python --version

 Python 2.5.2
