 The various sites for ab2foaf (at sourceforge and at stoneship.org) don't
 provide a tarball for ab2foaf any longer.  Some googling around doesn't
 reveal any other sites for it.

 Unless someone has a local copy and we can get it onto
 distfiles.macports.org, this port should probably be removed.
