 Current version of Parse::RecDescent on CPAN is 1.95.1.  For some reason
 it's been posted as version "v1.95.1" (the "v" as part of the version in
 the filename).

 This portfile incorporates the following changes:

  * Updated version and new checksums for it.
  * New dependency on p5-text-balanced (I don't know whether that's new to
 this version or it was just overlooked).
  * Several contortions to accommodate that extra v:
   * New distname format defined.
   * New master_sites URL points directly at the module's home on CPAN
 (apparently the mirroring process doesn't like that v, either?).
   * New livecheck.regex accounts for the v (but will still work without
 it).
