Comment (by tom.duck at dal.ca):

 It appears that HAS_LARGEFILE was commented out between versions 1.0.2 and
 1.1.0.  There is no indication of why in the ChangeLog, and both the CVS
 and mailing list for vobcopy appear to be down.
