Comment:

 Committed in r37904 with the following changes:

  * Used `worksrcdir` instead of the `extract` phase.
  * Used `destroot.target` instead of the `destroot` phase.

 You can have a look at the new Portfile with `port cat pgtcl`.

 If you don't like any of these changes just reopen the ticket.
