 Text::Wrapper is now at version 1.02.  The previous version used by the
 portfile, 1.000, is no longer available on CPAN, so this should be updated
 as soon as possible.

 I have also added a new "long" description, a perl5.use_module_build
 directive (because Module::Build is needed), and a build dependency on p5
 -test-simple (because Test::More is needed).
