Comment:

 Cc landonf, since it looks like this is based on his i386-mingw32-binutils
 port. I don't know enough about binutils to tell if this is the right way
 to do it, nor am I able to test it.

 One comment about the Portfile: if the commented-out lines of code
 shouldn't be in there, remove them altogether.
