 install of gtk2 failed.  i686-apple-darwin9-gcc-4.0.1:
 /usr/X11/lib/libXrandr.2.0.0.dylib: No such file or directory

 I had to make a symbolic link by hand: libXrandr.2.0.0.dylib ->
 libXrandr.2.dylib

 This was on a MacBook I bought today with Mac OS X version 10.5.2.
