 I solved by replacing
 INSTALL = ../../
 and
 INSTALL = ../
 with:
 INSTALL = /usr/bin/install

 in Makefiles under libart_lgpl and libart_lgpl/doc

 BUT this is a workaround! Anyone could fix it? Is this project already
 active?
