Comment:

 The port you need is boehmgc -- but it is correctly set as a dependency of
 inkscape and has been all along. I don't know how you're managing to make
 it build without having all the dependencies installed.

 Note that after you get all the dependencies correctly installed, you may
 still have #14108 to deal with.
