 I'm unable to reproduce this on Leopard (x86). Though I did notice a lot
 of `-I/usr/local/include -I/usr/include` and `-L/usr/local/lib -L/usr/lib`
 in the build commands, which should not be there, let alone specified
 before their `${prefix}` counterparts as they are.
