Comment:

 The commit for r31787 should have resolved this ticket as well. libsndfile
 builds without flac. This ticket was left open with the idea of updating
 it once libsndfile supports the latest FLAC. Given that libsndfile hasn't
 been updated in quite a while, that might not be likely. I'll go ahead and
 close the ticket, and it can be referenced or reopened if libsndfile
 receives an upstream update.
