 The current libffi port is using an unofficial release, and there may be a
 reason for that.  If so, I could submit a new port libffi3.  Otherwise,
 this patch updates the port to use the official release version of libffi.
 I also took a few things out of the Portfile as I didn't understand them.
 But it would be nice to get clarification on those.
