 Notice that the new version, 1.4.1, compiles (and works) with minimal
 modifications to the port: the file /opt/local/bin/ginac-excompiler should
 be changed to contain something like

 /usr/bin/gcc-4.0 -x c -bundle -flat_namespace -undefined suppress -o $1.so
 $1
 }}}
