 updated the pike port

 * added emacs/vi indentation spec line as recommended by the MacPorts
 guide
 * updated to latest stable Pike release (version 7.6.112)
 * added a patch to fix a HTTP-PUT issue in Pike 7.6.112
 * added dependencies and some variants (for mysql, image handling and
 documentation)
 * changed directory layout to match the requirements of the MacPorts tree,
 added a variant +newstyle for the (MacPorts tree non-compliant) "new-
 style" variant preferred by Pike
