 QuickTime 7.2.0 introduces this symbol.  7.1.6 does not have it.

 I built mplayer by grabbing the QuickTime shared lib from the 7.1.6
 installer package, and temporarily installing it into
 /System/Library/Frameworks/QuickTime.framework/Versions/A.

 This is definitely a scary solution.

 Get QuickTime 7.1.6 from
 http://www.apple.com/support/downloads/quicktime716formac.html

 Use pacifist to extract
 System/Library/Frameworks/QuickTime.framework/Versions/A/QuickTime.  It's
 a 7.8MB file.  Place it somewhere convenient.

 In /System/Library/Frameworks/QuickTime.framework/Versions/A, SAVE A COPY
 of the original QuickTime.  Copy in the 7.1.6 QuickTime lib (or symlink).

 Build.  DO NOT use -bind_at_load.

 Restore the original QuickTime lib.
