 When building x11/fox toolkit it has a dependency on freetype. The header
 files for the current port of freetype is installed in
 /opt/local/include/freetype. I needed to change the Portfile to include
 this path:

 configure.cppflags-append       "-I${x11prefix}/include
 -I${prefix}/include/freetype2"
