 I have updated the server to use the latest version of portlint.tcl, so
 #14165 should be taken care of for auto linting.

 One issue I found was that patchfile warnings stop working since there is
 now a "file exists" check, but autolinting works on the Portfile in
 isolation so it never has access to the patchfiles. Before I file a ticket
 for it, I'll wait to see if they want to be turned off completely or
 changed in some other way.
