 Just thought I would add confirmation that I had the same problem with

 {{{
 bzr push sftp://example.com/dest
 }}}

 today, i.e. I also got the error:

 {{{
 bzr: ERROR: exceptions.AttributeError: 'SSHSubprocess' object has no
 attribute 'get_name'
 }}}

 On using the supplied portfile to downgrade py25-paramiko to 1.7.2 the
 problem was fixed.
