 Strange bug, that TDB_CONTEXT type should be defined locally.

 What is your gcc --version, and do you have anything else in
 /opt/local/include/tdb/tdb.h or /usr/local/include/tdb/tdb.h ? Please
 attach the full build log (from running with port -d)
