 New port for the [http://strigi.sourceforge.net/ Strigi] library and
 programs used by KDE4 for searching.

 Note that this port requires CLucene of at least 0.9.16 which I address in
 ticket #15342.

 Port includes portfile and patch to allow compiling with ccache enabled.
