Changes (by jmr at macports.org):

 * cc: jmr at macports.org (added)
  * summary: `port -r upgrade texlive' goes endlessly looping on port
build fail => `port -R upgrade texlive' goes
endlessly looping on port build fail

Comment:

It'll be hard to test this because trunk also has a fix for the
environment variable issue that caused py25-readline to fail, but I think
this may be the same as #10827. If that's the case, then it's not actually
an infinite loop, but a very large amount of recursive
dependency+dependent following (possibly exacerbated by duplicate
 dependency entries as in #8763).
